What Is A Seniors Real Estate Specialist?


Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are  National Association of Realtors members that specialize in working with older adult clients. The SRES® designation indicates their specialization in understanding the real estate challenges and needs of adults aged 50 and over, making them an excellent option for older adults who want to work with a real estate professional. Often times the children or caretakers of older adults are involved in the transaction and SRES® designees have extensive experience working with all parties from the initial meeting to the closing of the home.
